Donate

You can help us support the future of South Asian arts in Birmingham.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and government advice on social distancing, we have been unable to perform to live audiences, tour our work or work with community groups. This has had a devastating impact on our income.

We recognise that this is a challenging time for many. If you’d like to support us during this difficult time, please help us to continue our valuable work by donating to us. This can be as little or as much as you want – every donation will help to make a difference. With a reduced income, donations will be critical in helping us get back up and running as soon as we are able to.

Your support will help us to continue to make extraordinary performances, to celebrate South Asian artforms, to entertain and enlighten our audiences, to work with vulnerable groups and to develop our high quality education projects for young people.

Did You Know Sampad Is A Charity?

For over 30 years, Sampad has provided arts and heritage training and development opportunities for artists and communities all over the world from Birmingham to India, Pakistan to Canada and Sri Lanka to Bangladesh. We have created incredible arts festivals and magnificent parades, stunning shows and digital spectacles. We have built connections with local communities, supporting young people and marginalised groups to realise their creative potential through free workshops and arts events.

Your support will genuinely make a difference in helping new generations of talented artists and emerging communities to flourish and make the most of their potential.

As well as donations from individuals, we are also looking to build support from Trusts and Foundations. Please email Ruth Harvey, Fundraising Officer, to find out more.
