Yuva Gati classical South Asian dance training programme is looking to recruit talented and committed individuals to train with us to reach their maximum potential in classical South Asian dance.
Yuva Gati (‘Youth Movement’) was launched in January 2009 a partnership between Sampad and DanceXchange, as the national South Asian dance strand of the CAT (Centre for Advanced Training) programme.
Funded by the Department of Education Music and Dance Scheme, Yuva Gati assists 11-18 year olds with exceptional potential, regardless of their personal circumstances, to benefit from world-class specialist training as part of a broad and balanced education.
Participants are supported in fulfilling their maximum potential, and are equipped with confidence, discipline and transferable skills for professional dance training or further education
