International Dance Festival Birmingham and DanceXchange are working in partnership with sampad on this brand new commission for the 2010 Festival.
Charged and vibrant, this folkloric celebration is an outdoor extravaganza unlike any other. Choreographed by Arthur Pita, Indian folk dance group Janavak will form part of a collective dance company alongside Russian, Spanish and African folk groups, contemporary dancers and Birmingham’s very own band the Destroyers.
